Jake Simons is the owner of Avalon Property Management. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and value for our customers in Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Sea Isle. With more than six years of property management and construction experience, Jake has managed all types of properties and projects in South Jersey. He is a strong leader, has a deep knowledge of property & construction management, and excellent communication skills. 

Most recently, Jake worked for a construction company in Sea Isle. He worked as a project manager and helped grow their property management business. Prior to that, he worked in the field as a carpenter’s apprentice where he framed houses and built decks.

Jake is originally from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn State University and the Home Inspection Institute. Jake is currently a local resident in Avalon, New Jersey and a member of the Avalon Fire Department.
