Jake Simons is the owner of Avalon Property Management, where he is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and value to homeowners in Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Sea Isle. With over a decade of experience in property management and construction, Jake has overseen a wide range of residential projects throughout South Jersey. His leadership, deep industry knowledge, and strong communication skills make him a trusted expert in the field.
Industry Expertise & Background
Before founding Avalon Property Management, Jake worked as a project manager for a construction company in Sea Isle, where he played a key role in expanding their property management services. Prior to that, he built a strong foundation in the industry as a carpenter, framing houses and constructing decks. This hands-on experience has given him a unique perspective on the intricacies of home construction and maintenance.
Education & Local Roots
Originally from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Jake is a proud graduate of Penn State University and the Home Inspection Institute. Now a resident of Avalon, New Jersey, he understands the unique challenges and needs of coastal homeowners, ensuring that every project is built to last.
